The purpose of this blog is to document discoveries, theories, and the changes made concerning the SEO of my website.
I work for a postcard printing company and maintain a gateway sales website that attempts to capture part of the online printing and direct mailing market.
From what I have heard, the popularity of a website that links to you is a factor, but you could have 100 links to you and still not get on the first page if the pages that link to you are not relevant to your website's content.
SO Truth be told, this blog is the beginnings of a SEO tactic in itself. There is a link at the bottom of this page that connects this blog to the PostcardPros.com.
The wire is in place and transfer potential established.
Now, as I document the discoveries of my journeys as a webmaster, I will tell the story true and show how these discoveries were related back to my work. This blog then will be rich in work related keywords, making it a relevant link resource, and the power is transfered.
